Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

At Kings & Queens, you have several shipping options. First, select the items you want to order. Then go to your shopping cart and check your selected items and quantities. Through a few clicks you go through the payment process. Kings & Queens offers several payment and delivery methods, so you can choose whichever option suits you best. (The Kings & Queens team makes every effort to keep stock numbers accurate. The buyer cannot derive any rights from the reported stock information and the actual stock.)

Delivery methods

Pick up in Roermond
You can choose to pick up your order in our store at the Stationsplein in Roermond. We advise you to do this only after you have received a confirmation email from us. You can then be sure that the items you ordered are actually present. In our store you can pay in cash, but also choose to pay by debit or credit card (Mastercard/Visa). You have VVV-Irischeques and/or VVV-payment cards? These can also be redeemed with us.

Prefer to have it delivered
Enter the address where you want the package delivered (this may be a different address than the billing address). The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the package can be delivered to the specified address. Kings & Queens is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. Costs resulting from incorrectly provided information and / or the resending of returned orders will be borne by the recipient.

Shipping Costs

‘Free Shipping to DPD Parcel Point’
Orders with a minimum order amount of €100,-* can be shipped free of charge to a DPD Parcel Point. (*valid only to addresses within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany).

‘Shipping to a DPD Parcel Point’
When your order amount is below € 100,-*, you can choose to have your package shipped to a DPD Parcel Point (within the Netherlands € 4,75 / within Belgium € 5,95 and within Germany € 6,50) .

‘Ship to Home Address’
Of course, you can also have your order delivered to your home. Per shipment (max. 10kg) we charge €6.99 shipping costs within the Netherlands (regardless of order amount) and €8.50 for shipments within Belgium and Germany. If the relevant parcel service does not find you at home at the time of delivery, the package will still be delivered to a parcel point. Kings & Queens is not responsible for disputes between customer and parcel service regarding delivery times.

‘Combine (pre-)orders and avoid double shipping costs’
When ordering pre-order items, you must place a separate order for each item. It is unfortunately not possible to place multiple items in one order. If you want multiple pre-order orders shipped together, please indicate on the first pre-order if you want the package shipped to a package point or your home address. With every subsequent pre-order you place, choose the option “Combine (pre-) orders and avoid double shipping costs. We will then charge you 1 shipping fee at the time the complete order is complete.

If on the first and/or only order you choose the option “Combine (pre-)orders and avoid double shipping costs, the shipment will automatically be sent to a parcel point (when the limit for free shipping is reached. Otherwise, the shipping costs must still be paid first).

All shipping and delivery dates issued for delivery of the goods are approximate only. No rights can be derived. Kings & Queens will make every effort to ship and deliver your order as soon as possible. If an item is not in stock, the complete order will only be shipped when all items are available. Should the buyer still want any part of the order shipped earlier, the cost of that additional shipment will be borne by the customer.

Delivery times

Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
Kings & Queens will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, after the order has been placed and paid for (assuming the item ordered is in stock). Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, delivery will usually take place within 1 to 2 business days at the specified delivery address. Since delivery depends on the respective parcel services, Kings & Queens unfortunately cannot guarantee and/or be held responsible for the above delivery time.

Other countries
Kings & Queens will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, after the order has been placed and paid for (assuming the item ordered is in stock). The delivery time varies from country to country and depends on possible customs clearance and the respective parcel service. Kings & Queens unfortunately cannot give an exact delivery day and/or time, and/or be held responsible for this.

Returns

Did you receive an item broken or defective? Of course we are very sorry to hear that and we aologise. You must report this to us in writing and with visuals within 7 business days of receiving the item. After we receive the item from your return, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. The shipping costs for returning the broken / defective article will be reimbursed by Kings & Queens.

Not satisfied with the item you received? Even then, of course, you can return it within 14 days. The article must be unused, in new condition and undamaged and provided with the original packaging. After returning the item and approving it, we will transfer the respective amount to you as soon as possible. In the event that the consumer returns the good item and does not want a replacement item, the shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.

Did you order multiple items, so the order amount exceeded the limit for free shipping, and want to return part of the order? Which can. Please note that the shipping costs will still be charged if the total amount of items held falls below the limit.

Free and/or promotional items must be returned with your order when you return an order.

The buyer must comply with all laws applicable to the importation of the goods into the country of destination.
