The front of the model shows the buildings, towers, turrets and parapets of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Hocus-Pocus in detail, including crucifixes, cloisters, carved windows and laser engraving that mimics the appearance of rocks, masonry and slate tiles on the roofs . The back of the model features a cutout of the castle for a more compact design, allowing it to be placed flush against a wall and revealing hidden interior details such as the Great Hall, tower staircase, rooms and courtyards. On the side of the main tower hangs a dragon with movable wings, reminiscent of the scene in the movie “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” in which Harry is chased by a fire-breathing dragon. The model is recommended for children ages 14 and up and is rated “Medium” difficulty level with 340 parts and an estimated assembly time of 6 hours. Parts are laser pre-cut into art-quality composite wood planks. To assemble, simply remove the pieces from the boards and snap them together according to the detailed, illustrated instructions available in 11 languages (English, German, Ukrainian, French, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Chinese and Korean). No glue or special tools are needed to build your Hogwarts™ castle; everything you need for assembly is included in the box.
