The ruthless wizard Voldemort (He-who-shouldn’t-be-named) kills Harry’s parents when he is just a baby. The powerful wizard Albus Dumbledore brings Harry to his aunt and uncle. On his 11th birthday, he learned that he too had magic powers and was allowed to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Here he met Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

Together with them, he must complete each school year, but he is thwarted in many ways. In the end, he must face off against arch-rival Voldemort. This exciting story is told in 7 books and grew into a worldwide phenomenon. The books have since been filmed and has made the many characters immortal Hagrid, Professor McGonagall, Professor Snape, Buckbeak and, of course, Dobby the House Elf.
