TOY STORY

Toy Story is a 1995 Disney Pixar animated film and was the first film made entirely through computer animation.

When no people are around, Andy’s toys come to life. Cowboy Woody is his favorite character. One day on his birthday, Andy gets a new doll, Buzz Lightyear. Buzz is a space action figure. Soon a rivalry develops between Woody and Buzz, as Buzz slowly takes Woody’s No. 1 position with Andy. Buzz is also convinced that he is a true space ranger and must protect the universe from the ruthless Emperor Zurg.

The film became a resounding success and several sequels have since been released. Existing toys make up a large part of the films, such as Mr. Patato Head, Barbie, Bo Peep, toy soldiers, etc. But surely the biggest stars of Toy Story are Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Cowgirl Jessie and the horse Bulls Eye.

FUNKO

Funko Inc. is an American company that produces licensed and limited pop culture collectibles, known for its vinyl figurines and bobbleheads. The company also produces licensed plush, action figures, clothing, accessories and games. Funko, founded in 1998 by Mike and Claudia Becker, was originally conceived as a small-scale project to create various low-tech, nostalgic-themed toys. The Funko Pop! figures are characterized by their large oval head and black, round eyes. Thousands of different Funko’s have since been released…. every there-there pop star, movie, TV series, etc. has its own Funko Pop! Hordes of Funko Pop! fans save and cherish their figurines. Most of them leave the figurines in their original packaging. This way, the figurines retain their value and are even worth more when resold. In June 2017, Funko acquired fashion accessory manufacturer Loungefly.
