HERCULES

The Disney film Hercules tells the story of Zeus’ demigod son. He is born a mortal who has divine powers. His evil uncle Hades causes Hercules to be exiled from Olympus to earth. To regain his divinity and find his place, Hercules must become a true hero. He trains with the satyr Philoctetes and befriends the winged horse Pegasus. He fights mythological monsters and eventually takes on Hades. During this battle, Hercules learns that true heroism comes not from strength, but from sacrifice and a courageous heart. This culminates in his selfless act to save his beloved Megara and restore his father’s glory.
