FANTASIA

Disney’s Fantasia, released in 1940, is an animated masterpiece that combines classical music with stunning visuals. The film consists of eight segments, each set to a different piece of music, including Bach’s “Toccata and Fugue in d minor,” Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite” and Stravinsky’s “Le Sacre du Printemps.” Mickey Mouse plays the Sorcerer’s Apprentice and showcases Disney’s innovative animation techniques.
