NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS

The Nightmare Before Christmas is a 1993 stop-motion animated film by Tim Burton. It tells the story of Jack Skellington, the king of Halloween Town. Halloween Town is populated by monstrous characters. Jack accidentally ends up in Christmas Town and plans to take over the holiday.
Back in his own town, he tries to explain to the residents what Christmas is all about. When he orders the trio of Lock, Shock, and Barrel to bring Santa Claus to Halloween Town, they hand Santa over to their leader, Oogie Boogie.
Jack’s beloved Sally tries to free Santa Claus, but is captured herself. Ultimately, it’s Jack who saves Santa and Sally from Oogie Boogie. The Nightmare Before Christmas has become a true cult film with its own fan base.
