Magic Wand Vicencia Santos. Beautiful replica of Vicência Santos’ magic wand from JK Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts film series. The staff is made of plastic and comes in a nice storage box. Minister Vicência Santos was a Brazilian witch, who was Brazil’s Minister of Magic in the early 1930s. She was one of the candidates for the post of Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards in the 1932 elections in Bhutan. She was in the running for the highest office in the Confederacy along with Liu Tao and Gellert Grindelwald. At the end of the election, she was chosen by a Qilin to become the Supreme Mugwump after Albus Dumbledore, who had been initially elected, refused to accept the position.
