Magic Wand Liu Tao. Beautiful replica of Liu Tao’s magic wand from JK Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts film series. The staff is made of plastic and comes in a nice storage box. Minister Liu Tao was a Chinese wizard who was the Chinese Minister of Magic in the early 1930s. In 1932, he was one of the candidates for the position of Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards. Liu was unsuccessful and Vicência Santos would ultimately win the election.
